Pakistan Association of the Blind District Branch Bahawalnagar

The Pakistan Association of the Blind, District Branch Bahawalnagar, based at Al-Mahfooz Markaz Barai Nabeena, Gulshan-e-Ismaiel, near Jinnah Town, Hasilpur Road, Chishtian, has been dedicated to the education, training, and rehabilitation of visually impaired persons since May 26, 1996, under the leadership of Mr. Ghulam Murtaza.

We provide a wide range of free services to visually impaired individuals, including:

• Formal education and Quran learning
• Training in computer and mobile operation
• Braille system education and basic English spoken courses
• Monthly scholarships, stipends, mess, and accommodation
• Career counseling, mobility, and orientation training
• Caning of chairs and cots training
• Writers and transportation for exams
• Distribution of ration, clothes, and shoes to deserving individuals
• Job placement assistance

During the sacred month of Ramadan, we kindly appeal for your Zakat, Ushr, Sadaqah-e-Fitr, clothes, shoes, ration items, or any form of charity to support our mission.
